Red, White and Lavender
1½ oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
4 Raspberries
Club Soda
Muddle raspberries in lemon juice. Add all remaining ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Fine strain cocktail over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a Raspberry.
Lavender Mae
1 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
1 oz Lillet
1 oz Aperol
Stirred over ice, Not Shaken. Martini Glass.
Finish with Orange Peel Twist
Amethyst Lemonade
1½ oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice (about ½ lemon)
¾ oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Sparkling Water
Lemon wedge and fresh lavender for garnish
Squeeze half a lemon into a glass, add simple syrup and Amethyst Lavender Gin.
Stir, and fill with ice.
Top with sparkling water, and garnish with a lemon wedge, and stem of fresh lavender
Summer Solstice
1½ oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1½ oz Sparkling Wine
1 White Peach Wedge Muddled & 3 Bing Cherries Muddled
Shake with ice, & Sparkling Wine (Then fine strain), Bing Cherry Rim
Amethyst Martini
1 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
1¼ oz Olorosso Sherry over crushed ice
Stir, or Shake.
Pour into your favorite martini glass
Garnish with a sprig of lavender, and a cocktail onion.
BLOOMING BEE
2 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
½ oz lemon juice
¾ oz honey syrup*
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice
and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon.
Feel free to adjust the ratio as you may prefer
more or less sweetness.
*Honey Syrup
Combine equal parts honey and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly then place in an airtight container and keep in the fridge.

Blue Bonnet
Muddle 3 to 4 Blueberries in a Mixing Glass
Fill With Ice
Add 1¼ oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
Add ¾ oz The Lounge Gourmet
Lavender Elixir
Add ¾ oz St-Germain
Splash of Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake and Strain Contents into Champagne Flute
Fill with Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Garnish with a fresh lavender flower
Modify to fit size of Champagne Flute
Pink Paradise
2 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
1 oz Watermelon juice puree
¾ oz Lime
¾ oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Soda Water
Shaken and served in a Collins glass
over crushed ice
Garnished with a Lavender sprig
Lavender’s First Word
2 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
½ oz Blood Orange Juice
¼ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake cocktail until cold. Strain over fresh ice in a 9-12 ounce Bucket glass. Garnish with a Lavender Sprig.
#9 LAVENDER CUCUMBER MARTINI
1½ oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
½ oz Sake
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
4-5 pcs of Cucumber Muddled
1 Lime Wedge squeezed
Shake with ice; Fine Strain
Float Lavender Flower
Martini glass
Lavender Blueberry Martini
Muddle 3 to 4 Blueberries in a Mixing Glass
Fill With Ice
1½ oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
1 oz The Lounge Gourmet Lavender Elixir
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake & Strain Contents into a Chilled Martini Glass
Lavender Gin Fizz
2 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1 Egg White(pasteurized or powdered)
Top with soda water
Pour all ingredients into shaker without ice. Dry shake cocktail for 1 minute. Add ice, and shake for an additional 30 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass and top with soda. No ice.
Amethyst Twisted
2 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
6-8 Muddled Red Grapes
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Agave Nectar
Shaken and served up garnish with one grape dropped in the bottom of the glass. Long lemon
twist on top
